Greenpower promotes engineering as a rewarding career to anyone aged 9-25, while also focusing on sustainability, teamwork and the community

What is the aim of Greenpower
To advance education in the subjects of sustainable engineering and technology to young people.

How have we done this?
Here at the Hollins we have been taking part in this fantastic project for over 4 years. We have built several cars and enjoyed much success. This years car came 5th in its heat and finished a very respectable 44th in the national finals at Goodwood Race Track.

Next years challenge is even bigger with smaller, less powerful batteries but the same gruelling 4 hour race.
