Twelve Food Technology pupils visited the Globe Catering College after a tour of the Hotel and Restaurants, the pupils were allowed in the kitchens to make Chocolate fondant mountains, spun sugar and white chocolate ice cream- yum.








Thursday 22nd March 2007
Sixty seven Year 9 and 10 pupils visited Cadbury World Birmingham. We had a great day which included making our own flavoured melted chocolate pot, a few adventurous people made chocolate with wine gums and liquorice allsorts. Then a tour of the factory and some daredevils managed to brave the 'scary ride', then after partaking of loads of interactive activities we hit the chocolate shop, surprisingly Cadbury's didn't run out of chocolate but with Mr McClinton and Miss Burrows going it was close.
